Job Openings - Junior Executive- Operational Finance

Job Profile:

1. Create sales orders against the purchase orders.
2. Proceed with the quotation submission process with the approval of the relevant account manager.
3. Coordinate with the warehouses, banks, and freight forwarders as per the need for the material deliveries.
4. Coordinate the shipment clearance process.
5. Prepare the monthly collection forecast and review it with the account managers and submit the final report to the head of finance for the monthly cash flow planning.
6. Weekly create the outstanding and forecast reports for reporting to the account manager and head of finance.
7. Regularly communicate with the customers about the required payments.

Requirements:

• Excellence in communication.
• Sound numeracy.
• Expertise in MS Office Package.
• Great deal of Analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good at time management and prioritizing.
• Experience in working in an ERP system would be an added advantage.

• Degree/Higher National Diploma.
• Prior experience in operational finance would be an added advantage.
